Guidelines for Purchasing Advertising from CASHA

Here is CASHA’s policy on sending out advertisements.

1. With our Newsletter in the months of January, June, and/or September

2. Through bulk emailing

3. Through the CASHA website

A. There is a $20.00 fee each time to advertise in our newsletter. You must send $20.00 for each month you want the newsletter advertisement to run. For example, for 2 newsletter months, it would be $40.00.

B. There is a $20 fee each time to advertise through a bulk email.

C. There is a $40 fee per month to advertise on the CASHA website.

In order to advertise, you must first send a check (made out to CASHA) to our Treasurer, Liz Durocher, 184 Berkley Ave, Cohoes, N.Y. 12047 or submit payment via Venmo (@cashany1). Liz’s email address is as follows in case of questions: lizzylou68@hotmail.com.

Once the check has been sent to Liz, if you are advertising within our Newsletter, send the exact written piece you want advertised to our Newsletter chair in an email. Her name is Helena Rosenstrauch, and her email address is: Helena.rosenstrauch@gmail.com. Once Helena has the written piece, she will place the piece within the next Newsletter to go out. If you want the newsletter advertisement to run more than 1 newsletter edition, you need to include $20.00 each time for the number of times you want the piece to run.

If you want to advertise via bulk email, then after sending a $20.00 check to Liz (made out to CASHA), email: Denise Senick-Pirri the exact written piece that you would like advertised within a bulk email. Her email address is as follows:
Denisep@nycap.rr.com. Once she receives your piece, she will bulk email the piece out and you will be notified once it is completed so that you may begin looking out for calls regarding your ad.

If you want to advertise on our CASHA website, then after sending a $40.00 check to Liz (made out to CASHA), send Meagan Collins the exact written piece that you would like advertised. Her email address is cashawebwizard@hotmail.com. Once she receives your piece, she will put the advertisement on our CASHA website.
