CASHA provides program meetings and workshops for members to
earn continuing education for ASHA CEUs and NYS hours.
Some members attend meetings and workshops but do not return the
necessary paperwork. These members may
not be ASHA members and/or choose to keep track of their own hours for ASHA and
NYS. CASHA retains records for program
meetings and workshops for 7 years. If
you attend a meeting and do not return the necessary paperwork, it is important that
you indicate “no” on the sign in sheet in the two columns requesting ASHA hours
and NYS hours as well as check the third column that you plan to retain your
own records.
Some members attend meetings and workshops and are not eligible
to earn ASHA CEUs.
Effective July 1, 2011, individuals must meet at least one of
the following conditions in order to be eligible to earn ASHA CEUs.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ASHA BUBBLE SHEET IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ONE OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the next
scheduled program meeting!
